F-30 compression ???

I re-built my F-30 a year ago, she runs perfect. All new valves and guides , sleeves were good so just re-ringed her. My question is how much air should she be pushing? There's not another F-30 around here to compare with. Also, should I pull all the plugs out while checking compression or is it O.K. to just pull the plug out the cylinder your checking? I wish there was a better way to turn this engine besides hand-cranking it to get a more accurate compression reading. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
