Run it on a dyno and set the HP. The guy running the dyno will be smarter than me. But I think you are on the right track. Not sure if you have to lose the turbo and/or just turn down the fuel. Depends if you have a non-turbo exhaust manifold. The engine from the combine will be what cid? The 1066's we run have 125 ponies at the pto. They have turbos and 414 motors. Maybe the fuel pump could be used off your original motor.
