Probably your main clutch. How did your TA work before? Did it slip on the low side at all? If not, then the problem is probably not in the TA, as it is very unlikely that both sides would fail at the same time. The other possibilties are a differential problem, broken bull pinion shaft on one side, broken axle on one side, or an axle spinning out inside of the wheel hub on one side. Try starting the engine, putting it in gear, and applying each brake pedal one at a time. See if it moves, if it does, you've got a final drive/axle problem.
