depending on your climate, or the temperature when you operate the tractor, a thermostat might be unnecessary. however, you still should have a restrictor washer to provide proper coolant flow. the purpose is to keep the coolant in place long enough to absorb the heat from the block (although this point is debated alot). a cheap way to make a restrictor washer is to remove the interior valve portion of your thermostat and reinstall the outer ring. are you in Deutschland? sounds like your parts supply system is different than what we in the US and Canada are accustomed to! maybe we can come up with a solution for you that might be locally obtainable or someone might be willing to ship to you. i work in an auto parts store and could see what might work for you. feel free to email me if you need help! -karl f
