I've always wondered this myself. I've been told a kit was available. I have a fast hitch off a 450 on my SMDTA. It has manual draft control. It could not have been easier to put on. The whole thing bolts right to the sides of the differential housing, change the drawbar attachment bracket under the tractor, plug hoses into the outlets and away you go. Absolutely no fabrication necessary. Just bolt it all on. It makes me think IH had this fast hitch designed 1st, then modified it for the 400, realized the new one wasn't as good as the first one, then went back to the original design for the 450 and 560. Just my $.02
