If the adjustments are correct there thay be provlems with the TA clutch not fully releasing. Remove the stamped steel inspection cover on top of the clutch housing, held on with four bolts. Try wiggling the TA flywheel on the TA assembly. It shoyld not be loose. Pull the TA lever back to release the clutch. With the transmission in neutral, the TA flywheel and pressure plate assembly should turn freely to the left with no dragging of the TA clutch disc. Turning to the right should lock the one way clutch assembly. Dragging of the TA clutch can be caused by wear in the pressure plate assembly. Make sure all three levers are adjusted equally. Before putting the cover back on, make sure the TA lever adjustment is such that the release bearing is not touching the release levers. If the levers are worn you may have to fudge this clearance a little. Just make sure there is no load on the bearing in the released position. Next make sure the main clutch is adjusted for one inch freeplay at the platform. Install the spring on the TA clutch shaft to hold the release bearing forward. Adjust the connecting link between the main clutch and the TA clutch shaft as short as possible and still get the pins in without moving either shaft. When you are done, it is adjusted correctly when starting to move either the main clutch pedal or the TA lever causes the TA clutch shaft to move. If you still have problems releasing the TA clutch there are problems with either the TA disc or pressrue plate.
