I have an H with the shock as you described. However mine looks as if it was home made by previous owner. As for which shock replaces it, I would suggest going to a good auto parts store and trying to match it to one from a smaller car or import. It can't be too difficult because the only weight involved is that of the operator and the ID of the mtg holes on the ends. Good luck.
