Yeah, you would think by '41. But the people making up the brochures didn't seem to worry much about having the latest pictures. Once they had a layout, they would keep reusing pictures. I don't have the '41 brochure you have, but I have one with the same title (A-110-DD from 1940). It still has a lot of pre-production A pictures in it, including the front page. Visual clues usually include the wierd wheel weights, rear tank supports and front wheels. The B pictures pretty well look like production tractors. In any case, they all seem to show the large decal as you described at the start of this thread.
