I hadn't forgotten, but haven't paid much attention to his posts, as I usually try not to get involved in that type of discussion. With all his other problems, I thought perhaps he might actually think it would run on gas, thus the brief answer. I remember back in the early 60's that the son of our IH dealer (in his 20's) was picking up my dad's WD6 for repair, and did not know it was supposed to be swithched to diesel -- stranger things have happened--
