I went to Case IH dealor a few days ago and looked around a little and here is what I saw. There was 11 tractors on the lot in the 40 to 70 HP range and another 8 McCormick tractors in same class. With the exception of Perkins engines the back end of tractor on both makes are genuine IH. They look just like the back end of our 484,574,584 and dads 685. That must say something about IH design and engineering. No matter what Case guys say.
