Could it be that your dealer was selling them as a dealer installed item before the sale, even when new? I'm sure that your memory is correect that the tractor was delivered new with it, but I also belive that IH never had anything like that from the factory. As I said, perhaps your dealer was selling them new with the tractor. Does anyone know if dealers did that? Seems like a good way to sell the tractor. If the farmer is going to do it, the dealer might as well set several up like that before selling. Just my thoughts.
