Chad, have you looked in the belly of your tractor? If not, take the sheet metal plate off just foward of the transmission, and look to see that it has the shaft from the trans to the pump that runs the pump. If the shaft is there, did you put enough oil back in it? Are you pulling back all the way on the handle? If it had frozen and busted there would be all kinds of noise when you start the tractor and let the clutch out.
