You have to figure out what your top bid is before the bidding starts. It's hard to tell how high the other guy would have gone - he might have had $3000 in mind. He got a good deal if it was in good shape with good rubber. I've seen Super C's go for $2500 or more. You might have missed it, or you might have saved yourself from spending too much - it's hard to say.
