Hi Hay4horse, I assume you are referring to one of the individual high pressure injector lines.
If it is fully tightened then there is a possibility of a very small crack in the line. There are usually no O-rings. BE VERY CAREFULL THESE LINES ARE UNDER ABOUT 3000 PSI pressure when the engine is running. If it is a small crack you have two options, one get it brazed by an experienced welder or replace it with a new one. The replacement has to be identical, you just cannot make a replacement from a piece of steel tubing. When engine is stopped you can replace the leaky line with new one and not have to bleed fuel system.
