I have recently rebuilt the d239 in my 260a. Installed the engine, fired it up, and the compression on the # 3 cylinder is being lost around the injector nozzle. I did not install new injector sleeves when I rebuilt the head. as I did not have any problems with them before the tear down. Is there any way to seal the mating surfaces of the injectors and the sleeves? Do you have to resleeve? and if so is that a difficult process?
