The black strips where made the last year or so of the 66 series. They had the changes to get ready for the 86 series tractors. The early black stripes did not have alot of changes. But the last ones had different rear cast wheel hubs and a solid drawbar. Serial number plate on rear housing instead of clutch housing. It had extra mounting holes for the new cab. The 86 three point arms, no fins in the side radiator panels and other things that someone else can tell you.
