I still can't post a photo ad

Anyone else having trouble posting a photo ad? I tried to list a 501 sickle mower for sale ad under implements and I got a page that said aproval required. I have been trying all week. Somebody named Kim reponded last week and said thanks for bringing it to their attention, but its still doing it. Am I doing something wrong?
