Well, what are you doing? I mow about 60 acres of hay each year with my A and a JD No 5 mower with a seven foot cutter bar. No problem. If you are just bushhogging it, why not go with the M, which is a lot more tractor. Just curious--why mow a forty acre patch? Clipping pasture?
