You have got good info from all replys one thing I have seen is the draft sensing arm comming up from the torsion tube will be clamped just a hair too much to the left and the valve control arm comming down from the top will pop past on the right. Looking in from the 3rd link bracket cover you should see if this is the case. By reaching in and moving the top arm against the spring the valve will open and arms will drop. Be sure not to have any implements on it or you could br crushed.
