the other suggestion first, But if that doesn't help, try heating the hub around the bolt and
melt some parrafine (candle wax) on the bolt and around the hole. I have been told by several people that this works well. The best penetrating
oil I have used (and I have tried many) is called
"PB Blaster". It should be available at most parts stores.
