The B was basically just a widened A - I would think the brake parts would interchange, but I don't know about the floorboard.
On the year: there is a casting date on the lower right engine block by where the steering goes into the front bolster - if you can, find the number and report back, then I (if nobody else) can tell you when the engine block was cast. That should give you a fair idea of what the year is.
