I have a 450 that was set up for a cotton picker. They seemed have been very common out here in Arizona cotton-country. As to your other question, mine has the flange on the outboard ends of the rear axle housing and I seem to recall from the parts manual attachments section, that the High-Crop used the standard axle housing to bolt on the drop set up, or, maybe a special axle but I am fairly sure they didn't use the flanged housing.
