I have no idea, I would guess that they were available for a dealer to add. I know very little about what is stock, other than the owners manual, as I bought 2 parts tractors, one with a spun bearing and one that had a bad head. I rebuilt the bottom end of the one with the bad head and used the head off the one with a spun bearing. One had 28 inch tires and one had 24 inch rims on it. Mine has a set of double remove valves on the left side of the seat but the hardware for the levers, under the seat is missing. I never have found a parts tractor or any place that has those levers. I also need a grill but have never found one. I made a nose cap by cutting a 460 cap and removing a portion from the center. I will probably make a grill out of expanded metal and sheet steel, unless I find one. whatever the case, its a great little tractor.
