I use rubber hose from sediment assy to the FRAM clear see thru filters then to the carb this lets me see when they are getting full of junk. You mite need to drain the tank and check the sediment assy the inlet hole can get junk in and not let a good flow thru. You can get a new gasket and screen from NAPA
