If you get a new one it will not have the same loops as the original. If you just want a rim ok but if you are restoring and want original you need to find a used one. When you say 9in is that an outside measurement? The measurements will make a diff on what size tire you mount. What size tire do you have on the other side? I have some rims send-e-mail
