Thanks for your help on these brakes ,Bob. I have a 400 Farmall I,ve been thinking of getting rid of before it killed me. I,ve worked on the brakes many times, but am never sure if they will hold. Especially backwards. I think one side may be binding on the shaft. I will have to take another look.
