460 vs 656 axle size

I posted a question a year ago, and didn't save the results. BUt I am back to I have a 656D with 28x34 tires want to have row crop to go down the row and I want it to look like the one I drove as a Kid.. there is a 460 with power steering problems for sale cheap in my area he says the rubber is 14.9 X 38 which would work well in potatoe rows.. will the rims slide onto my 656
If i remember right Farmall made two different sizes in the axle and most here in Maine were the large size.. THanks for any help I am waiting a return call from the person selling the 460
