Yeah, the block deck, and the cylnder head were both checked. And I did do a three stage tightening sequence working from the center and going outward both ways, in a star type pattern. I just talked to my machine shop and they said to try and retorque the head. If it was still giving me fits, he would come by and have a looky see.. The gasket is different than most I have seen. It is not a metal one, but a thick fibre type..
