'39 Farmall H

Today I went and looked at a '39 Farmall H, serial #4976. It's not running, but it's all there, except for the belt pulley and magneto. I couldn't find any cracks or repairs to the block, and the sheet metal is pretty decent with all of the tires decent except for one of the fronts. It looks to be all original including the seat and light bar. He only wants $375 and said he'll listen to offers. I already have 3 B's, 1 C, and an H, but this one seems pretty cheap to me. What do you think?
