There is a shop in Austin, Texas that does it, and I have contacted them about having some made up for a radio-telegraph transmitter I am building from a 1941 design. I'd probably have about ten or fifteen each made up with common logos like "Plate" and "Tune" and try to sell them at radio swapfests to defray the cost. Maybe you could do the same at tractor swap meets.

Incidentally, the tag on the side of my Super C is simply illegible due to age (both of the tag and of my deteriorating eyes).

With the help of a flashlight and a magnifying glass I can make out a serial number stamped (not embossed) in the center and the words MADE IN US embossed (not stamped) in VERY small letters across the bottom.

It seems to have been painted black originally (the starter housing is black) but IIRC it had an unpainted spot in the middle where the serial number is.

I think our 1948 John Deere MT had a VERY similar if not identical tag on the starter. I've also seen them on other tractors, truck starters, washing machine motors and even the motor on my c. 1972 Sears paint sprayer!

I hope you can get someone to post pics of one of these in better shape than mine. Eventually, I AM going to paint my poor ol' Super C...
