C-175 Power Unit

I need a grill for a W-4, and ran across a Power Unit that has C-175 in the casting on the right side of the block. The grill looks to me like it would fit the W-4 (only has the "IH" emblem on the front instead of McCormick, but that can be changed). Does anyone know if the grill used on this power unit would fit the W-4? Also what should I have to pay for this power unit? Owner says it is a good running engine and he would get it started if I was interested. He won't just sell the grill, but thought maybe I could resell the engine later.
