1963 2404 Low-Boy

The Exhaust pipe flange that bolts on top of the manifold was missing when I bought this tractor. The exhaust pipe was jammed into the hole in the manifold. This is a C135 engine with the exhaust out the top. The two bolts that held the flange where still there, rusted tight and frozen. Two weeks of WD 40 and a lot of patience got them out without breaking them. Has anyone else had to replace this part? Any ideas would be welcome. The two bolts that held the flange are 3 5/8 inches apart center to center. Thanks
