Gene you are right. Some things depending on the factory and paint on hand were painted in various colors, but I have two sets of cultivators with original paint and decals and neither have any black at all on them. I did see where the committe did OK several different colors including black on some implements. I take all this to mean that colors could have been different depending on when and where the implement may have been made.What I read from the comittee seemed like it was a either or type of decision on some things.
