First off did you use the right type of plug wires when you replaced them. They need to be true copper wire plug wires not the ones made for cars. Then pull the drain plug from the bottom of the carb and make sure you have a good steady flow of gas for at least 5 minutes, catch the gas as it comes out for 2 reasons. 1 is to save it to use, 2 so you can look to make sure its clean and not full of rust etc. If you don't have a good flow there pull the fuel line off at the carb and check flow there. If good then its in the carb if not good its in the line, sediment bolt or tank.
