I have a paint colors article in the new issue of Red Power. It covers some of the color confusion you guys are having. The decisions that were made during and immediately after WWII because of pigment shortages play into all this. This is especially true for the A and B implements. Those temporary color designations were all history by the time the Super C came out.

By the way, I didn't go research this specific point, but the disk openers on the drill were probably varnished, possibly in blue.
