Did you clean the inlet screen behind the inlet fitting? It could be plugged with rust or dirt.
If you have an inline fuel filter I would remove it since this is gravity fed. Did you check the flow to the carburetor? Loosen the gas line at the carburetor to make sure you have a good flow there. Hold a clean container under the line to catch the gas. You need to make sure the intake
manifold is tight too. Open that main jet adjusting screw at the bottom of the carburetor,
this will enrich the fuel mixture. Hal
