I don't know where the guy is from, but he had it at Rough & Tumble's Threshermans Reunion in 2005. That's when and where that picture was taken.

I have a couple other pics of it I took at the same time, if you are interested I'll look around and see if I can find them and post them.

It's interesting, and unique, but I like them better in original condition. Different strokes for different folks, I guess.
