New 460 Utility (to Me) PIC

Bought this 460 U today. I need lots of info. First problem, runs a little rough. Oil is runny with what smells like gasoline in it. Sed bowl clean, Tank looks really clean. I know very little about carbs but have mecanical knowledge. Would be willing to learn from all of you. Now that I have a red tractor of my own I will be asking lots around here!
