Ya some people think they have a gold mine when all it really is, is iron pieright which is worthless. I'd say make her an offer of $400-500 and see what she says. If she says no leave her your number and tell her that offer is good for the next 30 days or so. She might figure after a few days that she wants the $$ more then the tractor.
