Also do you run the muffler and the other one does not ? the muffler will keep the wine out . And a 4 bottom behind a 1066 is not realy a load . On my buddy's 1066 over here in the humps and bumps of the Buckeye in our clay and rocks i run 1st high and play with 5x16's can go on up to high third but that is just a bit to fast . Now keep in mind that this one is well tuned and tweeked with the bigger charger. Now if ya want to see if it is maken booste pressure then on the intake manifold there is small plug that you can make up a fitting and install a pressure gauges and ya only need one that will go to about 40 lbs ya should be running around 18-24 lbs of booste . On Eugene's 10 with the 3 LS charger that i put on we are running 32-34 at 3000Rpm under full load.
