Ed,
Shouldn't be too hard to replace. Remove the pto from the tractor and drive the seal out carefully from the rear. Then take the seal to a bearing supply shop (if there is one near you). They should be able to match the seal and this will probably be the cheapest place to get it. Auto parts stores like NAPA should also be able to get a replacement if they don't have one in stock.
