I think most farmers wait until oil use is excessive, or it burns a valve. 100 is fine, you likely have standard pistons. I all depends on what satisfies you. You really don't need to be concerned about compression until you get a 10% difference between cylinders, in your case that is 90, sounds to me like your engine is in pretty good shape.
