Yes, he was a very lucky young man. He was hauling fire wood in the bucket. He was running to fast and had the loader up to high. This was Ferbury 2006. The ground had started thawing that morning and insteard of him going straight across the bottom, he went around the edge of field on the only slope in the field. The rear end slid just a little, then caught an old plow furrow and just went over. He walked home and was balling, scared to death. I ask what was wrong and all he would say is your going to kill me. I ask again and he told me what had happened. I said I hadn't killed him yet, so I doughted I would now. All he seemed worried about was that old tractor. He kept saying come on dad I couldn't get it shut down. He didn;t realize it would run out of fuel shortly and it did. I kept telling him as long as he wasn't hurt or dead we could replace the tractor, but it didn't help much, he was sure the tractor was ruined. It cost about 350.00 to get it going again, new seat, steering wheel and muffler and batteries. It didn't even bend the hood up much. He was very lucky that day.
