They are very good tractors. I am not sure about the wheel base. You can check on tractor data.com. Yes it will lift whatever you want to. They have a real good lift in them. It is a good tractor for all kinds of chores, and field work with implements designed for it. It will handle a 3x14 plow almost anywhere. It will fit on a 12 foot trailer.
