Does it turn over when you jump the solenoid terminals? If it does, your problem is from the ign. switch--starter switch---clutch safety switch--- possible solenoid small wire connection. Our 1066 had this sort of goings on, & it turned out that the heavy battery cable was eaten out where it attached to the big terminal on the solenoid. Cleaning the cable end, & putting a "star" washer plus the lock washer on the stud solved the problem. Hope yours is that easy.
