I agree with Walter. I'm guessing you have the head off since you know it is rusted. Check the valves also they may be rusted too. If you think that only that piston is stuck, disconnect the rod and see if the engine will turn. If so soak it with penetrant. You can tap it from the top and try to move it down(move the crank out of the way). If it moves down, tap it back up and repeat.
