Sure, assuming working TA, and live PTO. Great combination. Warm cloths, and a "Heat Houser" might be good additions, but no issue with power or speed. Hydrostatic drive is always best with a blower, and cabs are nice, but unless you are working for 10hrs on it to stay operational on a farm/ranch, I would say it is a great fit. They have a two point Fast Hitch system that can be converted pretty well to 3pt, or the tpt blower could be reconstructed for two point use. 2PT is much handier in cold "gotta get it hooked up" situations.
