3 point conversions are made by WorkSaver. CT sells them for $300. I just got one, and will be putting it on this weekend if it doesn't rain. It has relatively short arms, which is a good thing if you are using something heavy, like a scoop, as shorter arms would put less strain on the hydralics. You may have a problem if you try using a 3 pt PTO driven implement because the PTO shaft may hit the left lift linkage. I use a 4 foot tow behind mower on mine. I have to use the original drawbar to do this, and the drawbar has to be taken off to install the 3 point kit - kind of a hassle, but it probably will take only about 15 minutes tops to change from one to the other.
