Thanks for the info. Two things. We pull in a club with a 4 MPH speed limit. Once you get to a certain horsepower proper balancing and the right tires seems to become much more important. As far as machining, the only thing I can't do myself is stroking or grinding a crankshaft, or custom making pistons.
