Gene, The lift link for the SA and 140 are quite differant. For example the front part of the link rod on the SA ends in a flattened part that just has a hole drilled in it. On the 140 it has a large "hook" where the front attaches to the hydraulic unit. The rear of the connecting rod is somewhat differant too, spring is huge on a 140 compared to a SA. Plus if I remember correct there is a square plate between the lift rod and the rockshaft arm. The arm on the 140 is lots thicker than on the SA. You (cant remember) can adjust the lift collar on the 140 but you cant on the SA, its welded in place. The 140 also has the assist lift spring (differant thing altogether and not even on a SA). So what someone has done on his is take the hook part and welded it on a pipe (I guess). I dont know what they did on the other end where the spring fits. There is two nuts that go on there to hold that spring. PS. The bolt that holds the lift arm to the front rocker arm off the PTO is a half inch bolt. I checked on them at Case and they wanted $8 each. I made some myself out of a half inch hex head bolt, cut it and ground down the head. Head of the bolt is kind of rounded so it is pretty easy to do. get a long bolt where you can cut off all the threads.

Since this can be extremely difficult, you may want to fabricate the item or purchase a modern replacement temporarily, but eventually, you s
